Concept

Why?

  • The BBW is a highly specialized training center for people with ADHD, but there's not enough public visibility of it

  • Available programs need an image change

  • Demographic change and the demand for more inclusion offer new opportunities

How?

Through targeted initiatives – ranging from digital platforms and analogue approaches – we build trust among parents and young people. The modular structure allows for flexible scaling and long-term development, enabling public reach and lasting impact.

What?

The communication concept named MOSAIK is supported by diverse components:

  • A social media presence

  • A participatory program ("Mitmach-Morgen")

  • A new website

  • Print brochures with information about the programs

Results

Social Media

There was no social media presence of the BBW so we wanted to reach young people right where they spend their time online.

We developed three recurring formats:

  • Reels with up-close looks at everyday training and life @BBW under the motto "Just take a peek."

  • Static posts that go by the name "myBBW", featuring testimonials and success stories of participants

  • Stories with interactions like honest questions for the community and sharing experiences

MIMAMO ("Mitmach-morgen")

The program
On-site interactive program for young people with ADHD that attend special education schools.

How does it work?

  • Small participatory elements

  • Creative exercises

  • Brief discussions

  • Anonymous wishes-and-questions cards

  • BBW staff sharing stories about the center

Goals
Building trust early on, breaking down barriers and open up opportunities.

Website

The BBW has no independent website and therefore information about it is only found through the general foundation's web appearance. So we decided to prototype a landing page.

Landing page sections:

  • The challenges young people with ADHD face

  • The offered career guidance and training programs

  • Individualized support

  • FAQ's

  • Upcoming events

  • A digital tour through the location

  • Contact options

Print

Print media are an easily accessible way of communicating information.

Brochures

Target groups
Primarily parents, but could also appeal to young people
